News Publicator for Windows posts messages to Nntp servers. In command line you must provide server address, groups names, title of article and other. You will see these parameters when you start News Publicator without needed parameters.

Warning ! Current version of program implies that the document is text/plain type in Windows-1250 encoding so only these documents can be send successfully.
